Ches McClure also was a multiple scorer for HNHS, backing up Drabenstot in the shot by placing fourth, and notching second in the discus. Teammate Travos Gerding added seventh in the discus.

HNHS finished with 77 points in the nine-team field. Homestead won the team championship with 115 points, and Carroll and Northrop tied for second with 108 points each.
