he Huntington North High School Vikings faced off against Norwell High School for the 2020 HNHS Homecoming game on Friday, Oct. 9.

Shortly into the first quarter, Norwell made the first touchdown of the evening and taking another with 1:23 left in the first quarter, bringing the score to 14-0.

This trend of keeping HNHS scoreless continued for the vast majority of the night, with Norwell gaining another touchdown with 8:42 left in the first half and another with 3:07 left in the first half, bringing their total score to 28-0 before halftime. The score remained the same through the majority of quarter three, with Norwell gaining two extra points. I

t was in the fourth quarter that HNHS finally got on the board. Though it couldn’t bring them the win, the Vikings made off with two touchdowns before the final buzzer.

HNHS will next compete at home against New Haven High School on Friday, Oct. 16.
