Local gymnasts bring home honors from own HGA Turkey Tumble Nov. 17

The Huntington Gymnastics Academy held the Turkey Tumble gymnastics meet on Nov. 17 in the Huntington North High School Fieldhouse.

Many local gymnasts performed at the meet.

In Level 4 action, Adrianna Geiger placed second on the uneven bars and in the floor exercise and third on vault and in the all-around. Brailey Norris took fourth on bars, fifth on vault and seventh in the all-around. Nora McDaniel claimed fourth on the balance beam and 10th in the all-around. Carly Mattox captured first on bars and third on vault, floor and in the all-around. Olivia Rosen took third on bars, fourth on beam and fifth in the all-around. Norah Fisher earned first on bars, beam and in the all-around. Maleah Warpup attained third on beam, fourth on vault and floor and fifth in the all-around.

Level 6 action saw Brooke Clark secure first on vault and floor, fourth in the all-around and fifth on bars and beam. Alana Bonham took third on beam and sixth in the all-around. Jalynn Simcoe finished second on vault and eighth in the all-around.

At the high school level, Lindsay Johnson placed second on floor and in the all-around, third on bars and beam and fourth on vault. Avery Pohler claimed first on bars, fifth on beam and sixth in the all-around. Abby Denman took 10th in the all-around.
