Viking soccerboys lose to Homestead in sectional title game

The Huntington North High School boys’ soccer team fell to Homestead, 3-0 in the championship game of the New Haven Boys’ Soccer Sectional on Saturday, Oct. 12.

The Spartan scored one goal in the first half and then got two insurance tallies in the second half.

Viking goalkeeper Aidan Hosler made eight saves in the contest.

The Vikings’ season ends at 12-8-1, while Homestead moves on the Kokomo regional with a mark of 9-11.
