Juniors Allie Aschliman and Laney Shaw each won two events but the Huntington North High School girls’ swim team fell to host Bluffton, 117-62, on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
Aschliman, won the 200-meter individual medley, in 2:53.10, and the 100-meter butterfly, in 1:15.99, while Shaw claimed the 50-meter freestyle, in :31.15, and the 100-meter freestyle, in 1:10.25, to get four of the five HNHS wins on the night.
Macy Lange got the remaining victory in the 200-meter freestyle, touching the wall in 2:48.31.
The three individual winners for HNHS teamed with Alyssa Brinkman for second place points in the 200-meter medley relay, clocking in at 2:29.09.
Brinkman added a third place finish in the 200 free and the 100-meter backstroke, Lange was third in the 100-mter breaststroke and Bekah Bruner was third in the 40-meter freestyle.
