Freshman Daniel DeBoni brought home a pair of gold finishes for the Huntington University men's track team at the Taylor University Invitational on Saturday, May 4.
DeBoni took the 100-meter dash in :11.04 and won the 200-meter dash in :22.48 for two of the Foresters' three wins on the day.
Brandon Hunt got the other HU win by running a 1:02.06 in the 400-meter hurdles.
Lance Wood was a runner-up for HU, doing so in the steeplechase in 10:40.62, and Matt Bittner in the 800-meter run and Jake Nash in the high jump both got third place finishes. Bittner went 2:01.56 in the 800 and Nash leaped 6-2 in the high jump.
