Lady Eagles moved to 12-1 with win over Fulton County

The Huntington Lady Eagles home-school volleyball team defeated host Fulton County in three sets, with scores of 25-23, 25-23, 26-24 on Monday, Sept. 21.

Kelsey Featherson brought up all sides of the game, with 12 digs, eight kills and four aces.

Marina Stoffel led the defense with 27 digs and three blocks. Deborah Scheie had 21 digs and Dana Stoffel and Rebecca Daniels each had 16 digs.

On offense, team leaders included Daniels, with 15 kills and one ace; and Marina Stoffel, with seven kills and one ace.

The team, 12-1, will travel to Winona Lake to play Lakeland Christian on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
