Dunn gets shutout to pace Lady Vikings' soccer team to win

The Huntington North High School girls' soccer team got a shutout performance from goalkeeper Kaylie Dunn and blanked visiting Jay County on Saturday, 3-0.

Kirsten Konz scored what turned out to be the winning goal as the Lady Vikings improved to 2-0 on the young season.

Alyssia Williams and Reagan Valenzuela also scored for HNHS, and Shelby Bradford and Kelsey Konz recorded assists.

HNHS had 30 shots on goal in the contest.

Dunn made five saves in goal for her shutout.

The Lady Vikings travel to Norwell Monday evening,. Aug. 24.
