Warren tractor show to feature Avery equipt.

The Warren Area Tractor and Engine Club will host the 2010 Summer National Meet of the B.F. Avery Collectors Club, at the Warren Area Antique Tractor and Engine Show, in Warren, today through Sunday, July 4.

The event is being held in conjunction with the Salamonie Summer Festival and will be held on the grounds of The Daugherty Companies, 534 First St., Warren.

In addition to B.F. Avery tractors and farm equipment, there will also be over 100 tractors on display, a live steam engine and several pieces of vintage farm equipment.

Live demonstrations of corn shelling, threshing, straw baling and more will be held on Saturday and Sunday.
Local artists will also host a craft and collectibles tent, featuring handmade crafts.

Kettle-cooked ham and beans are featured on Saturday at noon and there will be homemade cracklings on Saturday and Sunday.

Free entertainment will be provided on Friday, by the Mountain Dew Boys.

Free parking is available and there is no charge for the show.
