The Huntington North High School boys’ varsity tennis team hosted East Noble on Wednesday, Sept. 9, rescheduling their match after being rained out on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
HNHS won 4-1 over their opponents, sweeping doubles play and having one loss in singles play. This win puts another NE8 victory in the books for the Vikings.
HNHS singles players Carson Kitchen and Chase Mickley both saw victory over East Noble, both scoring 6-3 in both of their sets.
HNHS doubles partners Noah Zahn and Thomas Schweller won 6-3 and 6-2 in their matches, and partners Matthew Weill and Reid Eckert scored 4-6, 7-6 and 6-4 in their matches.
