Ivan Eugene Hall Jr., 50, of Lawton, OK, and having ties to Huntington, IN, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, in Lawton.
Mr. Hall served in the United States Army for 21 years, retiring as a sergeant first class. He served in Iraq, South Korea and Los Angeles and, after retirement, was an electronics technician with Salient Federal Solutions at Fort Sill, OK. He graduated in 1986 from Lamar North High School, in Paris, TX, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from Thomas Edison State College. He was a member and master mason of Cache Masonic Lodge 391.
He was born Nov. 12, 1963, in Amarillo, TX, to Beulah "Boots" and Ivan E. Hall Sr. He married Pamela Spencer in 1986 in Huntington. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include three daughters, Taylor Hall, Parkar Hall and Spenser (Keith Tillman) Hall, all of Oklahoma; a sister, Sharon (Joe) Childrey, of Fort Wayne; his mother-in-law, Carol Spencer, of Huntington; a sister-in-law, Michele Spencer, of Fishers; a brother-in-law, Alan Spencer, of Huntington; and a granddaughter, Tinsley Tillman, of Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at 12:30 p.m., with calling prior to the service, at Ritter Gray Funeral Home, Lawton, OK.
Memorial gifts may be made to a scholarship fund to assist deserving students at the University of Oklahoma in care of Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
