William D. "Bill" Bell, 75, of Ossian, IN, and having family members in Huntington County, IN, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Bell was a graduate of Lafayette Center High School. He farmed during his younger years and later worked at the Southwest Allen County Schools and at Aging and In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana.
He was born Jan. 27, 1938, in Allen County to Cleo and Julia Robison Bell. His first marriage was to Nancy Jo Heller, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Lou Bell.
Additional survivors include two sons, Jeff (Cindy) Bell, of Markle, and Charles "Corky" Bell; two daughters, LuAnn (David) Wolf and Beth Ann Frater; two sisters, Carolyn (Ted) Rohr and Cleola Morton; 10 grandchildren, Bryon (Nicole) Bell, Clayton Bell, Natalie (Kreg) Propp, Landon (Ashley) Wolf, Megan Stewart, Briana Jackson, Skylar Miller, Sierra Miller, Conner Miller and Kelly (Doug) Hassell; and five great-grandchildren.
Calling is on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with a memorial service following at 3 p.m., at the Ossian Church of the Nazarene, 302 N. Metts St., Ossian.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Ossian Church of the Nazarene or Forgotten Children International-Bluffton.
