The Indiana State Fair has announced results of competition in the beef cattle, Boer goat and dairy cattle shows, as well as the tractor driving contest.
Sarah Hunnicutt was the big winner locally in the beef cattle show, earning champion honors in the Limousin heifer category. Hunnicutt also earned a first place in Limousin junior yearling heifers.
Also earning awards in the beef cattle show were:
Matthew Knight, seventh place in Aberdeen Angus senior heifer calves and second place in Gelbvieh junior yearling heifers.
Collin Langston, second place in Charolais spring yearling heifers.
Aidan Raab, third place in Gelbvieh junior yearling heifers; first place in Shorthorn and Polled Shorthorn junior yearling heifers; and first place in Shorthorn and Polled Shorthorn senior heifer calves.
Braydon Poulson, first place in Shorthorn and Polled Shorthorn steers.
Fullblood does - Jordyn Poulson, first place; Jenna Poulson, 11th place; and Matthew McMillan, two 13th place awards.
Percentage does - Jordyn Poulson, fourth place; Jenna Poulson, sixth place; and Matthew McMillan, 10th place.
Intermediate Boer goat showmanship - Jordyn Poulson, fourth place.
Hayley Jackson won first place in Holstein intermediate showmanship. She also won eighth place, fifth place and 10th place in Holstein categories.
Rachel Jackson brought home ninth and fourth place awards, and Sabra Jackson won fourth and fifth place honors.
Chase Williams placed 10th with a Jersey summer yearling heifer.
Tyler Stephan won a blue ribbon in the junior lawn tractor division, with Chandler Lewis also earning blue in the senior lawn tractor division.
Brody Norwood won a red ribbon in the senior ag tractor division.
Colin Suchcicki earned a white ribbon in the junior ag tractor division.
