Thomas A. Eisenhauer Sr.

Thomas A. Eisenhauer Sr., 83, of Huntington, IN, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Mr. Eisenhauer graduated from Huntington Catholic High School in 1954.   He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, in Huntington, and a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He was employed as a printer at Noll Printing, in Huntington, for 40 years, and Mignone Communications Inc. for five years before retiring.
He was born Jan. 8, 1936, to Lawrence and Magdalen Baker Eisenhauer in Huntington. He married Barbara Walker on April 12, 1958, and she survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” (Robert) Lusch, of Huntington; two sons, Christopher (Lynette) Eisenhauer, of Fort Wayne, and Thomas (Teresa) Eisenhauer, of Huntington; a daughter-in-law, Renee Eisenhauer, of Andrews; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Joseph E. Eisenhauer, and an infant child.

Calling is Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with recitation of the Rosary at 1:45 p.m., at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington. Additional calling will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 903 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, prior to Mass. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow immediately at 10 a.m. at the church, with Rev. Stephen Colchin presiding. Burial will be at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
