Dorothy L. Domman

Dorothy Louise Domman, 82, of South Whitley, IN, and formerly of Huntington County, IN,  died Friday evening, Nov. 2, 2018, at her home.

Mrs. Domman’s early years were spent in the Markle area. She graduated from Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne. She worked at Essez for approximately 12 years. She drove a truck for American Van Lines and was later employed in the office at Cub Cadet in Tennessee.

She was born Feb. 26, 1936, in Huntington County to Arthur and Berretta Gaff Biddle.

Survivors include a son, Robin (Sharon) Rucker, of South Whitley; four daughters, Chris (Rob Menzie) Cornelius, of Warsaw; Kelly (Michael) Rucker, of Ocala, FL; Laura (Ted) Wisniewski; of Jamestown, TN; and Dorothy (Bryan) Crocker, of Angola; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and her significant other, Wayne Netzen, of South Whitley.

Calling is Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018, from noon to 2 p.m. at Smith & Sons Miller Chapel, 208 N. Maple St., South Whitley. A funeral service will follow immediately after at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the South Whitley Cemetery.
