Betty L. Harrell

Betty L. Harrell, 92, of  Marion, and having family in Warren, IN, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at Parkview Huntington Hospital, Huntington.

Mrs. Harrell worked in the cafeteria at Fisher Body, now General Motors, at the Marion plant.  She was a member of the Sympathy Club at Thompson Consumer Electronics.

She was born Nov. 6, 1925, in Grant County to Leroy and Nellie Emerick Bradford. She married Howard K. Harrell on Sept. 17, 1944, and he preceded her in death in August 2000.

Surviving are two sons, Dan (Pam) Harrell, of Marion, and Richard (Carol) Harrell, of Upland; two daughters, Linda Masters, of Marion, and Donna Spath, of Elwood; eight grandchildren, Richie Harrell, of Converse; Arron (Angie) Harrell, of Fort Wayne; Ryan Harrell, of Frankton; Michael (Katie) Masters, of Georgetown; Marcus (Chasity) Masters,
of Warren; Angie (Todd) Reed, of Marion; Buffy (James) Hawk, of Van Buren; and Kim (Steve) Leach of Madison; a stepgrandson, Ronnie Jarrett, of Upland; 14 great- grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Calling is Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Rd., Marion A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Steven Spencer officiating. Burial will be at the Van Buren Cemetery, Van Buren.

Memorials are to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
