William E. "Bill" Cantrell, 71, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having family in Roanoke, IN, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at Covington Manor in Fort Wayne.
Mr. Cantrell attended Fort Wayne North Side High School. He served his country with the United States Navy and Marine Reserves. He worked at Value City Furniture in sales for 10 years.
He was born May 31, 1947, in Long Island, NY, to Lee and Dolores Frazier Cantrell.
Survivors include two sons, Michael L. Cantrell, of St. Petersburg, FL; and Steven J. Cantrell, of Inverness, FL; a sister, Linda (Carl) Bower, of Fort Wayne; a brother; Robert (Carol) Cantrell, of Roanoke; and four grandchildren, Steven M. Cantrell, Sydney A. Cantrell, both of St. Petersburg, FL; and Gillian A. Cantrell and Timothy M. Cantrell, both of Inverness, FL.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
