Angel 'Tonk' Zenquis

Angel “Tonk” Zenquis, 38, of Huntington, IN, died Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Mr. Zenquis, a former resident of Trenton, NJ, was a veteran of the United States Army. He was employed by Tire Barn, in Marion. He was a member of Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club.

He was born Oct. 4, 1978, in Trenton, NJ. He is survived by his father, Angelo Zenquis, and his mother and stepfather, Rosa Lagares and Terry Thomas, all of Marysville, OH. He married Amanda Eby on Dec. 20, 2015, and she survives.

Additional survivors include five children, Angelica Lee (David) Vanheck, of Middletown, MI; Angel “Juni” Zenquis II and D’Angelo Christopher Zenquis, both of Huntington; and Avery Mikol Zenquis and Avamarie Isabel Zenquis both of Lancaster, OH; a stepson, Gauge Daniel Morris, of Huntington; six siblings, Michael Anthony (Eveonda) Thomas, of Canal Winchester, OH; Christopher Matthew (Mia) Thomas and Alexandria Rosa Thomas, both of Marysville, OH; Dolly Mae Thomas, of Trenton, NJ; Jamie Lee Thomas, of Columbus, OH; Teressa Jelissa Figueroa, of Trenton, NJ; grandparents, Juanita Zenquis, of Puerto Rico, and Samuel Lagares and Milagras Lagares, both of Trenton, NJ; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chris and Brenda Eby, of Unionville Center, OH; and two grandchildren, Brooklyn Vanheck and Peyton Vanheck, both of Middleton, MI.

Calling is Friday, May 19, 2017, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Deal-Rice Funeral Home-Huntington Chapel, in Huntington. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Star of Hope Cemetery, in Huntington.
