Angela Ann “Angi” Douglass, 46, of LaFontaine, IN, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at her home.
Mrs. Douglass graduated from Wabash High School in 1988. She worked in accounts receivable at Wabash Alloys for several years. She attended Restoration Christian Church and was a member of the Tuesday and Thursday night bowling leagues.
She was born May 23, 1970, in Fort Wayne. She is survived by her mother, Marjorie Muzzillo Weaver, of Wabash. She was preceded in death by her father, William Burchett Sr., and her stepfather, James Weaver. She married Chuck Douglass on April 21, 1999, in Wabash, and he survives.
Additional survivors include six children, Brianne Simmons, Danielle Long, Tyler Long, Nick Douglass and Taylor Mollett, all of Wabash, and Phil (Tonya) Douglass, of Warsaw; two brothers, William (Linette) Burchett Jr., of Wabash, and Greg (Wendy) Burchett, of Fort Wayne; a stepbrother, Doug Weaver, of Wabash; three stepsisters, Deb (Russ) Waldon, of Wabash; Janet Skole, of Lansing, MI; and Mary Lou Schuler, of San Lorenzo, CA; and several grandchildren.
Calling is Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grandsaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash. A service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 14, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., with Wade Allen officiating. Burial will be at Friends Cemetery, Wabash.
