Betty L. 'Lou' Bollan

Betty Louise “Lou” Bollan, 77, of Huntington, IN, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
Mrs. Bollan moved to Houston, TX, in the 1980s and operated a home daycare. She and her husband owned and operated Heapun Good Seafood, in Tomball, TX., in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
She was born June 6, 1939, in Holly Grove, AR, to William Ottis and Lessie Simmons Garner. She married Don Bollan on Oct. 14, 1956, in Wabash, and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include three daughters, Mona Bollan-Roll, of Huntington; Angie (Stan) Stroh, of Andrews; and Marcia (David) Tijerina, of Houston, TX; a son, Kent Chris) Bollan, of Portland, TN; a stepson, Dan Ensch, of Reed Springs, MO; a sister, Lema Sue (Bob) Cutshall, of Huntington; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
There is no calling or service. A graveside service and memorial life celebration will be held in May.
