Kelly D. Meyer

Kelly D. Meyer, 48, of Roanoke, IN, died Friday, Jan. 23, 2015, at 10:50 p.m. at her home.

Mrs. Meyer worked as an executive secretary at ITT Technical Institute in Fort Wayne. She was a 1984 graduate of Huntington North High School and a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Roanoke.

She was born May 31, 1966, in Fort Wayne to Dale J. and Virginia H. Hitzfield Moore. She married John Meyer on April 12, 1986, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Huntington. He survives.

Additional survivors include a son, Ian Meyer, of Roanoke; a daughter, Kelsey Meyer, of Roanoke; and five sisters, Terri Edmiston, Karen VanHorn and Daylene Gilliam, all of Roanoke, and Tracey (Rodger) Dinius, of Huntington, and Christine (Chris) Kueser, of Canadian Lakes, MI.

Calling is Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 3416E-900N, Roanoke. A funeral service will be held at the church on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. with calling one hour prior. Rev. Shane Yonker will officiate. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke.
