Lawrence H. Dubach

Lawrence H. Dubach, 81, of Bluffton, IN, and having ties to Markle, IN, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at the Bluffton Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Dubach graduated from Petroleum High School in 1951. He served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955, during the Korean War, and was a member of American Legion Post 11, of Bluffton. He was a member of Living Water United Church and had farmed in Wells County.

He was born Feb. 4, 1933, in Wells County to Harold and Ora M. Mathys Dubach. He married Lois Jean Wagner on June 27, 1956, in Markle, and she survives.

Survivors include two daughters, Tami (Chris) Jones, of Bluffton, and Toni (Matt) Junk, of Bluffton; a sister, Dorothy Napier, of Bluffton; and three grandchildren, Colton Jones, Emilee Junk and Dylan Junk.

A service was held on Friday, June 27, 2014, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel, Bluffton, with Clark Stoller officiating. Military honors were conducted by the United States Army and American Legion Post 11, of Bluffton. Burial was at Old Salem Cemetery, in Wells County.
