Kevin Wayne Hofmann, 60, of Huntington, IN, died Sunday, June 29, 2013, at 7:18 a.m. at the Visiting Nurse Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
Mr. Hoffman was a welder and a member of Iron Workers Union Local 147, in Fort Wayne, and Carpenter and Pile Drivers Union Local 1273, in California. He was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church and the Eagles Lodge.
He was born May 12, 1954, in Huntington to Robert Carl and Mildred Eleanore Richardson Hofmann. He married Barbara Farley on Aug. 26, 1978, in Huntington, and she survives.
Additional survivors include a son, Christian Robert (Lashanda Hardesty) Hofmann, of Huntington; and a brother, Ronald Kent Hofmann, of St. George, UT.
Calling is Thursday, July 3, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a service following at 1 p.m., at Deal-Rice Funeral Home-Huntington Chapel. Rev. Marti Lundy will officiate. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Huntington County.
