Jacob E. Vonesh, 18, of Huntington, IN, died early Wednesday morning, June 25, 2014, at his home.
Mr. Vonesh graduated from Huntington North High School in 2014 He participated in bowling, basketball and track and field through Huntington County Special Olympics and in baseball, soccer and football through the Miracle League at the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA.
He was born Sept 27, 1995, and is survived by his parents, Gary and Sally Grimes Keyser, of Huntington.
Additional survivors include a sister, Megan Keyser, of Huntington; a brother, Jared Keyser, of West Lafayette; his maternal grandparents, Jerry and Karen Grimes; and his paternal grandparents, Bart Alan and Jessie Keyser Smart.
Calling is Monday, June 30, 2014, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington. A service will be held at the mortuary on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at 10 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Lancaster Cemetery, Huntington County.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation, Parkview Huntington Family YMCA Miracle League or Huntington County Special Olympics, all in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary.
