Sandra L. Buckler

Sandra Lynn Buckler, 64, of Converse, and having family members in Zanesville, died Monday, May 12, 2014, at Howard Regional Hospital, in Kokomo.

Mrs. Buckler was a certified phlebotomist and had worked at Marion General Hospital for more than 28 years. She attended Sims Wesleyan Church, where she was a member of the Women's Group. She was also a member of the Multiple Myeloma and Renal Foundation.

She was born Aug. 13, 1949, in Marion to William S. and Lois Binnion Gosnell. She married Gary Buckler on Jan. 21, 1995, and he survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Anita Goodman, of Swayzee; three sons, Todd Goodman, of Bloomington, IL; Preston (Amber) Fritch, of Zanesville; and Anthony (Deanna) Fritch, of Montpelier, VA; three stepchildren, Brad Buckler and John Buckler, both of Marion; and Vanessa (Bryan) Hadley, of Indianapolis; two brothers, Garry (Mollie) Gosnell and Chip Gosnell, both of Swayzee; 21 grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Calling is Thursday, May 15, 2014, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Rybolt Chapel, 314 N. Washington St., Swayzee. A service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 16, 2014, at 10 a.m., with Rev. Brian Williams officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Huntington County.
