Esther 'Sue' O'Dell

Esther "Sue" O'Dell, 66, of Huntington, IN, died Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at 8:30 p.m. at Lutheran Hospital, in Fort Wayne.
She was born Sept. 17, 1947, in South Bend to Howard and Kathryn Vernon Swift. She married David O'Dell on Dec. 2, 1978. Her husband survives.
Additional survivors include four sons, Richard (Jackie) Zawacki, of Carthidge, MO; Russell Zawacki, of South Bend; Kevin (Amanda) O'Dell, of Goshen; and Timothy (Lisa) O'Dell, of Fort Wayne; three daughters, Elizabeth (Tom) Rich, of Mishawaka; Sam (Kevin) Schaadt, of Huntington; and Kathy (James Parker) O'Dell, of Hot Springs, AR; two brothers, John (Mary) Swift, of Paragould, AR, and Rex Swift, of Walkerton; a sister, Hannah Raber, of Decatur; 20 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Calling is Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a service following at 7 p.m., at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington. Rev. Rich Pagan will officiate.
Memorial gifts may be made to Cancer Services of Allen County; Angel of Hope, in South Bend; or Visiting Nurse and Hospice, in Fort Wayne, all in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary.
