Tonia R. Copeland

Tonia Renee Copeland, 44, of Petroleum, IN, and having family members in Huntington, IN, died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at 8:45 a.m. of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Ms. Copeland attended Norwell High School and was employed by Pretzels Inc., in Bluffton. She was a member of the Bluffton Moose Lodge.

She was born May 20, 1969, in Wells County and is survived by her parents, Vernon C. Copeland Jr., of Poneto, and Diana M. (Ron) Uptgraft, of Petroleum.

She is also survived by her companion, Kenneth Breininger, of Petroleum.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Felica Mae Coolman, of Petroleum; three sons, Raymond Hill Jr., of Whitehall, MI; and Justin Hill and Ian Stammen, both of Petroleum; two brothers, Michael Copeland and Anthony Turner, both of Fort Wayne; three sisters, Sara Turner and Sarah Bollenbacher, both of Fort Wayne, and Stephanie Ayers, of Rome, GA; and three grandchildren, Priscilla Harris, of Huntington; Drayden Thomas, of Bluffton; and Victor Hill, of Whitehall, MI.

Calling is Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Thoma/Rich, Chaney & Lemler Funeral Home, Bluffton. A service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at 3 p.m., with Rev. Dan Eckelbarger officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
