Jack Conley, 46, of Huntington, IN, died Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 10:58 p.m. at IU Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN.
Mr. Conley was a truck driver for Cline Transfer. He graduated from Huntington North High School in 1985. He was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church, Huntington. He was also a member of the NRA and the American Legion Post 85 Sons of the American Legion.
He was born July 8, 1966, in Huntington to Gary and June Thacker Conley. He married Laura Cordill on Sep. 24, 2005. She survives in Huntington.
Additonal survivors are his father and stepmother Gary and Henda Conley; a son, Derrik; two stepsons, Brandon Durnell and Zach Durnell, both of Huntington; a stepdaughter, Cortney Durnell, of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Richard (Della) Conley, of Huntington, and Jeff (Jean) Conley, of Liberty, KY; two stepbrothers, Randy (Brenda) Griffith, of Liberty Center, and Danny (Trena) Griffith, of Huntington; a sister, Linda Sanders, of Huntington; a stepsister, Barbara (Tim) Armstrong, of Huntington; and a granddaughter Jalyn Durnell.
Calling is Tuesday, June 11, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church, 1803 Salamonie Ave., Huntington. A funeral service will follow, with Brunk Conley and Richard Conley officiating. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery, Lancaster following the service.
