Aladean 'Allie' Weaver

Aladean "Allie" Weaver, 87, of Roanoke, IN, died Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 1:05 a.m. at The Heritage of Huntington.
Mrs. Weaver worked as a repairer and finisher at Square D for 22 years. She was a member of Pleasant Chapel United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.
She was born July 23, 1925, in Jefferson Township, Whitley County, to Thomas Major and Bertha B. Geist Swing. She married Robert DeLoss Weaver on June 19, 1947, in Roanoke. He preceded her in death on Jan. 12, 2007.
Survivors include a son, Robert Michael Weaver, of Warsaw; a daughter, Brenda Denise Felger, of Huntington; a brother, Dick Swing, of South Whitley; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Calling is Tuesday, March 19, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Roanoke Memorial Chapel of Deal-Rice Funeral Homes, 240 Crestwood Drive, Roanoke. A service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 1 p.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke.
