Janet Baggett has become the first woman to complete the Indiana Dream Center’s Women’s Home program.

Her accomplishment was recognized during a ceremony on May 7 at The Awakening Church.

Baggett, who says she has struggled with drug and alcohol addiction since age 13, came to the Indiana Dream Center from Florida in October 2016. She says she had been in and out of rehab and thought she had beaten the addiction before relapsing again.

Baggett, who spent six months in the Women’s Home program,  says she plans to become a team member at the Women’s Home, continuing to live in the home and share her success with others like her.

The Indiana Dream Center’s Women’s Home opened in September of 2015.

Its faith-based program provides tools, services and housing to help women overcome life-controlling issues.
