The Friends of the Upper Wabash Interpretive Services are sponsoring a tree identification hike at the Salamonie Interpretive Center on Sunday, March 26, at 2 p.m.
Hikers will take a leisurely stroll through a Salamonie woodlot. On their way through the woods, guides will discuss tips on how to identify several tree species. The hike is no more than a mile in length.
