TEA party date set

The Huntington TEA Party will hold its next meeting on Jan. 15 at Life Church, 950 E. State St. in Huntington. from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Speakers include Emery McClendon, a statewide TEA Party speaker; Rob Spahr, an author from Peru; Andy Zay, a local business owner who will speak on precinct commit-teemen; and Dr. Tom Ringenberg, a local physician who will speak on the health care reform.

Also, three candidates will be introduced. Running for Evan Bayh's United States Senate seat are Don Bates, Jr. and Marlin Stutzman. Running for Dan Leonard's State Representative seat for District 50 is Ron Fusselman.
