Master Gardeners' craft program is Wednesday

The Huntington County Master Gardeners will hold the last meeting of its public education series of the year on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m. in Heritage Hall at Hier's Park.

The title is "Make it and Take It." Master gardeners Kay Lilie and Liz Snively will demonstrate how to decorate clay pots; Susan Miller will present bowling ball yard art; Dick Wymer will show how to make suet for feeding birds; and Paula Kuiper-Moore and Susan Miller will illustrate making stars out of paint stirrers and pine cones.

Participants will be able to make items and take them home. A fee will be charged for the items taken home.
