BZA has six items on its agenda for June 24 meeting

The Huntington County Board of Zoning Appeals has six items on the agenda for its June 24 meeting.

The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the GAR Room on the second floor of the Huntington County Courthouse.

New petitions include a request by Cale Eckert, who is seeking a variance to setback requirements for a barn on property at 5214S-900W, Andrews.

Stephanie Sunderman has asked for a special exception to place a beauty salon on property at 6333W-200N, Andrews.

Daniel Rumrill and Beth Byrne are seeking a variance to be allowed to place two homes on one lot at 2850W-900N, Huntington.

The board will review a previously granted application allowing Lori S. Kline a variance from setback requirements for a shed at 1322N-300E, Huntington.

The board will consider a request to amend conditions of approval for two variances previously granted to Dawn Harvey. The variances allow a flag lot and a smaller-than-required road frontage for property at 4675W-500N.
