Roanoke Scout roundup is Sept. 12
Monday, August 19, 2013 7:52 AM
Roanoke Cub Scouts Pack 3131 will hold a Cub Scout roundup on Sept. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Roanoke Elementary School.
Indiana State Police Master State Trooper Gary Shenefield and his police dog will put on a demonstration.
Roanoke Boy Scout Troop 302 will make kettle popcorn.
The Cub Scout program is open to boys entering first grade until they graduate from the fifth grade.
Boys are grouped into dens of six to eight other Cub Scouts of similar ages. Under the instruction of den leaders, the boys work on requirements to earn rank badges.
