Master Gardener series Aug. 3 at Bowman home
Thursday, August 1, 2013 8:00 AM
The next installment of the Huntington County Master Gardener 2013 public education series will be held Saturday, Aug. 3, at 10 a.m.
The topic is "Make your own trough." This project involves working with concrete, so participants should bring rubber kitchen gloves. There is a cost for materials.
Troughs can be used for plants and garden ornamentation.
The workshop will be held at the home of master gardener Sharon Bowman, 6236 N. Goshen Rd., Huntington.
The troughs must cure overnight, so participants may pick them up the next day or at their convenience.
Interested parties should contact the Extension office at 358-4826 to register.
