Local anti-drug coalition group announces its meeting schedule

The Huntington County Local Anti-Drug Coalition Effort (LACE) announces its meeting schedule for 2012.
Meeting dates are Tuesday, April 16, May 21, Aug. 20, Sept. 17, Oct. 15 and Nov. 19. All meetings are on Mondays at noon at the Youth Services Bureau of Huntington County.
The meetings are open to the public.
LACE is comprised of community representatives from law enforcement, Probation, Huntington County Community Schools, mental health, concerned parents, local government and social service.
LACE is Huntington County's arm of the Governor's Commission for a Drug-Free Indiana. The primary purpose of LACE is to provide education and preventative services relating to drug, alcohol and other substances abuse in Huntington County.
