Pulse Opera to partner with libraries

The Pulse Opera House, Warren, is partnering with local libraries to offer reading incentives for first through fourth graders.

To celebrate the upcoming production of Ramona Quimby, those reading all or part of the series of books by Beverly Cleery can win tickets and other prizes.

Those reading three books will receive an adult ticket and a child's ticket to the production.

Those reading five to eight books will receive two adult and two children's tickets to the show.

At the five to eight book level, readers will be entered into a drawing for two season tickets to the Pulse, a pizza dinner and four Cubs tickets.

Participating libraries include the Huntington City-Township Public Library, the Andrews Public Library, the Warren Public Library, the Markle Public Library and the Roanoke Public Library.

Entry forms are available at the libraries and must be signed by the reader's parents.
The Pulse production of Ramona Quimby will be on March 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16.
