High school students get to meet college reps Oct. 9 at Manchester

High school students will get the chance to meet representatives from 45 colleges, universities and technical schools at the 2012 Wabash Regional College Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 9.

The free event is open 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the North Manchester campus of Manchester University.

All students and their families are invited,. No reservations are necessary for the event in the Union, on the east side of campus.

School representatives will provide information about academics and areas of study, athletics, financial aid, admissions requirements, scholarships, extracurricular activities and other opportunities at their colleges and universities.

Schools sending representatives are Ancilla College, Baker College, Ball State University, Bethel College, Bluffton University, Butler University, Calvin College, Cincinnati Christian University, MU College of Pharmacy, Defiance College, Franklin College, Depauw University, Franklin College, Goshen College, Grace College, Hanover College, Huntington University, Indiana State University, Indiana Tech, Indiana University - Bloomington, Indiana University - Kokomo and Indiana Wesleyan.

Also, International Business College, Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), Ivy Tech Community College - Wabash, Ivy Tech Community College - Warsaw, Juniata College, Marian University, Ohio State Beauty College, Purdue University at West Lafayette, Saint Joseph's College, Saint Mary-Of-The-Woods College, Saint Mary's College and School of Advertising Arts.

And, Taylor University, Trine University, University of Evansville, University of Findlay, University of Indianapolis, University of Northwestern Ohio, University of Notre Dame, University of Saint Francis, University of Southern Indiana, Urbana College, Vincennes University and Wabash College.
