Pulse will celebrate Valentine’s Day with gourmet dinner and concert

The Pulse Opera House will kick off its 2013 season with a Valentine's Day dinner and concert on Feb. 16.
Hors d'oeuvres start at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting at 6:15 p.m.
The dinner will take place at the new Fellowship Hall at the Warren United Church of Christ, 202 E. 2nd St., Warren.
The festivities will start with a dinner prepared by Chef Jeffrey Albertson, who has been an instructor in the Ivy Tech Hospitality Administration Program since 2008.
His menu for the evening includes salad with citrus balsamic dressing, tournedos lakme and stuffed chicken leg and thigh, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, bacon wrapped green beans and tarte tatin.
The concert will take place at the Pulse Opera House and feature Barry Jamison, Stacia Brinneman, Rick Henly, Stephen Willard, Sue Nunemaker, Kellie Roush, Wallace Rowley, Terra Rowley, Evie Rowley, Lina Willard, Jodi Scheiber, Nick Scheiber, Emily Albertson and Rebecca Short.
Tickets for the dinner and show on Feb. 16 will be sold in advance.
Also, tickets will be available at the door for the concert only on Feb. 15 and 16.
The reservation deadline is Feb.12.
